Terms of Service

Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. In some instances tickets can be returned on a consignment basis where you would receive 100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them.

Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices and availability are subject to change at any time. All prices are guaranteed at the time your order is confirmed by WEBTIXDIRECT. Orders placed after 5:00PM EST Monday through Friday, on weekends or holidays may not be processed until the next business day.

When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.

If an event is outright cancelled for any reason your refund is limited the actual face value printed on the ticket - all service charges, shipping charges and convenience fees are non-refundable. There will be no refunds given for postponed events - your tickets will be honored at the venue for the new time/date when announced. New tickets will not be issued! If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date we will accept the tickets back from you on a consignment only basis in which you would get 100% of the amount that we resell them for, up to the amount that you paid for them. In the case of a rainout or strike for any sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the venue for a seat to a future game as available.

All listed ticket prices are in U.S. dollars and cents.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination in relation to our location and by the shipping method selected.

Orders with ticket groups of two are always guaranteed to be together. All other quantities are not guaranteed to be consecutive. All attempts will be made by WEBTIXDIRECT to group seats according to requested quantity.

Category descriptions are general descriptions of a seating area and actual seat locations will fall within sections as indicated on corresponding map. All orders are non-transferable.

Although we strive to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations, in rare instances specific seat locations are not available. If the specific seats you have ordered are no longer available, we reserve the right to provide you with tickets of the same or greater value. If no comparable tickets are available you will receive an email or phone call with alternative locations and pricing options.

If there's any dispute about or involving this website, by using the website, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by venue in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
