WEBTIXDIRECT is NOT affiliated with any venue box office, promoter or artist. This includes TicketMaster and any other original ticket source. We're a secondary seller, and our prices include a service charge that's over and above the face value printed on the ticket. This service charge reflects our added cost to obtain such tickets. Refunds for outright canceled events are limited to the actual face value printed on the ticket - all service charges and convenience fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for postponed events - your tickets will be honored at the venue for the new time/date when announced.
